If you disagree with any section of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform. We may update or amend these Terms periodically, and continued use indicates acceptance of the revised version.

1. Player Eligibility
To access Powerball Hub, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be 18 years of age or older, as required by New Zealand law
- Reside in New Zealand and provide a valid local address
- Be legally able to enter binding agreements
- Not be subject to gambling exclusions or legal restrictions
- Not be employed by Powerball Hub or be an immediate family member of staff
- Access the Platform only from locations where online lottery services are permitted
We may request proof of identity, age, or residency at any time. Failure to provide required documents can result in restricted access or account closure.
2. Creating an Account
2.1 Registration: Participation requires creating an account using accurate and current information. Each individual is allowed one account only.
2.2 Account Protection: You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all actions carried out through your account. Inform us promptly of any suspected misuse.
2.3 Verification: Identification documents such as official photo ID and address confirmation may be required. Unverified accounts may have limited features.
2.4 Restrictions: You must not:
- Open or operate multiple accounts
- Access another user’s account
- Use automated tools or software to interact with the Platform
- Attempt to influence or disrupt game outcomes
- Allow minors to access your account
3. Game Conditions
3.1 Powerball Strike: Players choose 6 main numbers (1–40) and 1 Powerball number (1–10). Draws take place every Wednesday and Saturday at 7:30 PM NZT. Entries must be completed before the official cut-off time.
3.2 Instant Kiwi: A scratch-style game where results are revealed immediately once the ticket is activated.
3.3 Keno: Participants select between 2 and 10 numbers from 1–80. Draws occur continuously throughout the day, with prizes based on matched numbers.
3.4 Bullseye: Players select numbers according to the rules outlined for each available Bullseye draw.
3.5 Fair Play: All games use certified random systems and are independently reviewed. Official draw results are final.
Important Information

4. Ticket Payments
4.1 Payment Options: Tickets may be purchased using your account balance, funded via approved payment methods such as cards, bank transfers, or POLi.
4.2 Valid Purchases: Only tickets bought directly through our official Platform are recognised.
4.3 Final Sales: Ticket purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or in the event of a verified system error.
4.4 Ticket Records: All purchased tickets are stored electronically in your account for reference.
4.5 Age Confirmation: Each purchase confirms that you meet the minimum age requirement.
5. Claiming Winnings
5.1 Payments: Smaller prizes (below $1,200) are credited automatically. Medium prizes require identity checks, while higher-value prizes require additional claim procedures.
5.2 Claim Period: Winnings must be claimed within 12 months from the draw date.
5.3 Tax: Lottery prizes are not subject to income tax in New Zealand.
5.4 Disputes: Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 30 days. Decisions made by Powerball Hub are final.
5.5 Publicity: Winners may request anonymity, although limited details such as first name and region may be published unless otherwise requested.
7. Liability Limitations
7.1 Service Access: We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
7.2 Liability Cap: Any claim against us is limited to the total amount deposited within the previous 30 days.
7.3 External Events: We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
7.4 No Guarantees: Services are provided without warranties, expressed or implied.
7.5 User Responsibility: You agree to cover any claims arising from misuse of the Platform or breaches of these Terms.
10. Applicable Law
10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes fall under New Zealand courts.
10.2 Compliance: Powerball Hub operates in accordance with New Zealand regulations and licensing requirements.
10.3 Validity: If any section of these Terms is deemed invalid, remaining sections remain effective.
10.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Powerball Hub.
