Powerball Strike is a well-known New Zealand lottery option that combines two game formats on a single ticket. By participating, players take part in both the main Powerball draw and the Strike game, increasing the range of possible outcomes.

Official draws take place every Wednesday and Saturday evening at 7:30 PM NZT. Initial prize pools begin at $5 million and may increase if no winning entry is recorded.

Choose 6 main numbers from 1 to 40, then select 1 Powerball number from 1 to 10. For Strike, pick 4 numbers from 1 to 40 in the exact order.

Tickets can be purchased online or through licensed retailers across New Zealand. Standard entry pricing starts from $1.40 per line.
